There is information from a local Police Department that a group of thieves have been targeting parked cars at sports venues. They are specifically looking for women's purses in plain view and will break a window to gain entry.

In their first DVHL game of the season and the first official game for the Royal Berks Battalion Bantams, the Battalion netted a 5-2 victory over the hard pressing Wilkes-Barre Penguins. The Bantam’s next game is at home on Sunday, October 2 at 10:30 a.m. against the Delco Phantoms.

Tammy has rescheduled the fundraising meeting for Thursday September 15. The meeting will be in the party room located behind the Bistro. Three 1/2 hour sessions will be held at 7:15P, 7:45P and 8:15P.
