This is your resource page for (Battalion  players and parents} drills and other content to further educate yourself on how to improve on-ice performance.  It is suggested that these drills particularly be reviewed during the off-season to supply workout ideas.

All stick handling drills should be done with either a 2" wooden stick handling ball or off ice rubber ball.  We don't recommend using golf ball or tennis balls
